THE CHALLENGE

  • Needs to automate Territory Management for Account, so that the accounts are automatically assigned to the appropriate territory managers.
  • Needs to integrate Salesforce with Bullseye location software, hence the ‘Find a Dealer’ page on the website always provides the up-to-date information to the website visitors
  • Needs to integrate Salesforce with SAP ERP to view financial data in Salesforce.
  • Needs financial data in Reports and Dashboards
  • Needs the users to be trained to ensure the highest adoption rate
  • THE SOLUTION

  • Created custom object with custom settings to store territories based on state/zip code range and write a trigger to assign the account to corresponding territory manager based on criteria
  • Migrated existing data to into Salesforce
  • Configured Informatica Cloud Connector to integrate SAP ERP with Salesforce.com CRM
  • Created Reports & Dashboards to help gain insights of the financial data in the Salesforce CRM
  • Integrated Salesforce CRM with Bullseye, location software, through Bullseye’s API
  • Provided an online training & user manuals to ensure the highest rates of user adoption
